Amazon is beginning to piss me off

Dear AmazonI am not really sure where to beginI would like to write a review for this item but instead i recieved a Carrera Panamerika.To make matters worse, they arrived in a box with no packing material, in a broken case, bent and mis-shapen and when i try to return it it says "We can't offer a replacement for this item because it's out of stock. Please contact Customer Service to request a refund".The amazon box is not damaged so it seems like this is how it left the sellerHave i done something to offend the Amazon gods or is this customary for amazon these days?Months ago i ordered an item of clothing that came wrong sized 3 times.I am a Prime member which means i subscribe to be part of this charade.What am i supposed to do now?I am growing tired of returning and filling out refund request forms.What has happened ??Why should i not go to ebay ?As far as positives go i did recieve a made in italy version as opposed to a made in china versioni guess there is my silver liningYours Truly,Frustrated Customer
