Amazing deal, and good-looking too.
By Jamshid Mohebali
These sunglasses are everything I expected and more. For a while, I've been buying cheap, non-polarized sunglasses from Target or similar stores. I'm in no position to invest in Ray-Bans, and I'd most likely lose or break them if I did. I was afraid that, because of the price, the sunglasses wouldn't actually be polarized, or that they'd be frail and easily damaged.I was surprised to discover that they are, in fact, polarized, and they're sturdier than the sunglasses I've been buying. They're also about 5 dollars cheaper than my prior, mostly useless sunglasses. Perhaps the most surprising thing is that they actually look pretty good. I expected to cringe as soon as I put them on and looked in the mirror, but they're quite attractive, and versatile for most facial types. They even come with a little pouch made out of micro-fiber cloth.I bought these sunglasses intending to use them only when polarization was absolutely necessary. I received much more than I had hoped for. Instead of using them infrequently and begrudgingly, these are going to become my daily sunglasses. Great product for a great price.

Just what I was looking for.
By RKBA1963
I was looking for lightly tinted sunglasses to primarily cut down on glare and these work fine for that. When I was a lot younger, I could wear the darkest shades out there and see well. Now that I am getting older, I need more light to be able to see as well, yet glare is a problem. I have read people who have blue eyes are more light sensitive too. These are just the right tint to knock out the glare and still keep decent vision in normal sunlight. If you are driving into the sun, that is still going to be a problem though, given the light tint.I tried them out last week at the ocean and you can tell they are polarized as you can see down into the water better when wearing them. With my vision, they do make it a little to dark to read my iPad, when sitting under a covered porch. That might not be a problem if you are sitting out in the open with direct sunlight shinning down on it as did not try that. They are very light weight and springs in the hinges are a plus. I did drop them a couple of times and the lens did pop out, but just popped it back in, and was not scratched. They are not $$ Raybans, so not concerned a whole lot if they only last a year or less. The optical clarity is decent at this price point and I plan on buy several more pairs to have around as less expensive than most box stores for the same thing. If you are looking for medium-to-dark tint lens, this is not what you want as they are more for knocking out some of the glare instead of providing a lot of tint from the sun.

Very good for the price

Polarization is very good. Optical clarity is good, no defects on the lenses or frame.I use these for driving since I am on the road quite a bit for my job. The polarization really does help with glare. These are extremely lightweight glasses. If you tend to have heavier glasses slip down your nose constantly and you must push them back up from time to time, you probably wont have that problem here, at least as much.I also have a larger than average head, and these fit fine.
